Terms & Conditions - Bubbling Hot Tub Hire
1. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking.

The remaining balance is due 7 days before the hire date.

Bookings made within 7 days of the hire date require full payment at the time of booking.
2. Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the hire date will forfeit the deposit.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the hire date will forfeit the full booking amount.
3. Hire Period

The standard hire period is 3 days unless otherwise agreed.

Additional days can be arranged at an extra cost.
4. Client Responsibilities
-
Provide a suitable, level surface for the hot tub.

Ensure access to electricity and water supply.

Adhere to all safety instructions provided.
5. Liability
-
We are not liable for any injury or damage resulting from misuse of the hot tub.
-
Clients are responsible for any damage to the hot tub during the hire period.
