Terms & Conditions - Bubbling Hot Tub Hire

1. Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking.

  • The remaining balance is due 7 days before the hire date.

  • Bookings made within 7 days of the hire date require full payment at the time of booking.

2. Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the hire date will forfeit the deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the hire date will forfeit the full booking amount.

3. Hire Period

  • The standard hire period is 3 days unless otherwise agreed.

  • Additional days can be arranged at an extra cost.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide a suitable, level surface for the hot tub.

  • Ensure access to electricity and water supply.

  • Adhere to all safety instructions provided.

5. Liability

  • We are not liable for any injury or damage resulting from misuse of the hot tub.

  • Clients are responsible for any damage to the hot tub during the hire period.
